There is disabled access to the venue.
Agenda Process
Working groups and neighbourhoods need to email gathering[at]climatecamp.org.uk with suggestions for the agenda asap.
Travel
There will be a travel pool, but get booking those tickets now! If you can donate to the Travel Pool in advance, email finance[at]climatecamp.org.uk.
Training
There will be a media training about RBS, and a radio and comms training.
Climate Justice in Scotland
Local campaigners will be talking about tackling fuel poverty and community resistance to Hunterston coal power station.
Fundraiser
Glaswegian Hip Hop +DJs at a secret location, Saturday evening.
Accommodation
Email gathering[at]climatecamp.org.uk if you need somewhere to stay when in Glasgow
Neighbourhoods
Please could neighbourhoods meet before the gathering or as soon as possible to discuss forming affinity groups for the actions and also to think about how you will be getting to the camp and
how you will travel around once you are up in Scotland.
Also, as agreed at a recent gathering, the Camp for Climate Action can fund two people from each neighbourhood to attend if they require it. Please speak to finance[at]climatecamp.org.uk first about this option, and discuss in your neighbourhoods. This obviously excludes taking more expensive options.

Future gatherings
There's obviously the Camp for Climate Action itself from 21-24 August. After that we'll have a UK gathering at some point to regroup.
